On the eve of Republic Day, the government has announced the Padma awards. This time four personalities have been given the Padma Vibhushan, 17 have been given the Padma Bhushan and 107 people have been given the Padma Shri. Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee is one of the recipients of Padma Bhushan, who has refused to accept the award.
गणतंत्र दिवस की पूर्व संध्या पर सरकार ने पद्म पुरस्कारों का ऐलान कर दिया है. इस बार चार हस्तियों को पद्म विभूषण सम्मान दिया गया है, 17 को पद्म भूषण सम्मान और 107 लोगों को पद्मश्री पुरस्कार दिया गया है. पद्म भूषण सम्मान पाने वालों में एक नाम बुद्धदेव भट्टाचार्य का भी है, जिन्होंने पुरस्कार लेने से इनकार कर दिया है.
